JUST SAY SORRY

Why should a grudge interfere with the repentance process? What is the point of saying sorry if you have only hurt someone’s feelings? In the bigger picture, why is saying sorry so important? 

Using a remarkable array of sources, Rabbi Dunner shows how asking for forgiveness from those you have wronged, and saying sorry, is an essential part of doing teshuva, and has been since the dawn of Jewish history.
