The story of Korach’s rebellion against Moshe begins with an introduction to him as the main protagonist. Curiously, the introduction includes the name of his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. But rather than puzzle over the inclusion of all these forebears, Rashi is surprised that his great-great-grandfather, Jacob, was also not included.
