PHARAOH AND THE HAUNTED HOUSE

The first verse of Parshat Bo is puzzling. God instructs Moses to visit Pharaoh “because I have hardened his heart and the hearts of his servants.” Surely that is not the right thing to tell Moses? How does the second part of the pasuk follow the first part? Rabbi Dunner shares a great story about his friend’s visit to an amusement park, and the “haunted house” attraction.
