LEADERSHIP LESSONS IN MEGILLAT ESTHER

In this shiur Rabbi Dunner concentrates on the festival of Purim, focusing on leadership issues that arise out of the story of Purim as recorded in Megillat Esther, and particularly on the outstanding similarities between the story of Joseph in Egypt, and the story of Esther and Mordechai in Persia.

Using the original texts of Bereishit (Genesis) and Megillat Esther, and some remarkable insights by the commentators, Rabbi Dunner reveals what lessons can be drawn from Joseph, Esther and Mordechai, and how these lessons apply in a modern context.
